Vendsyssel beat Aalborg 1-0, and for the third game in a row, Alhaji Kamara showed his ability to score goals.

His goal means Vendsyssel secured their first victory in the tussle to stay at the Danish Superliga next season.

Last Saturday afternoon showdown in the Superliga’s relegation Group 2 against Randers FC, Kamara’s goal was also crucial for Vendsyssel.

The match ended 1-1 after goals from Alhaji Kamara in 32 minutes and from Randers’ Kevin Conboy 40 minutes.

England:

In the English League One, Amadou Bakayoko scored in their 5-4 victory against Sunderland.

His seventh of the season as Coventry put a damper in Sunderland’s hopes of securing automatic promotion from League One.

MLS: Kei Kamara scored again in their defeat to DC United, who triumphed 3-2 against the Colorado Rapids, boosting their records to 9 undefeated games against their opponents at the Dick’s Sporting Goods Park.
