- Sierra Leone’s young attacker Augustus Kargbo was delighted to bag his first brace for his club against US Triestina Calcio 1918 on Sunday.
- Kargbo, 20, helped his Serie C side to a 3-1 win with a brace and an assist. The Crotone attacker scored in 35th, 88th minutes respectively.
As a result, Reggio moved to second place in the standings with 19 points.
He told the FSL News, “It was my first two goals for the club, and I’m over the moon.”
“Today’s match was my fifth appearance for the club since moving on loan. I am very pleased because of it one of those results that helps the team moving forward.”
“I would like to dedicate both goals to my family Idrissa kargbo, Michael Kargbo, Mamami and manager Nums Tunkara as they have supported me all through difficult times.”
He joined the club on loan from Serie B FC Crotone until the end of the season.
