FC Kallon have unveiled their new kits for the 2019/2020 season ahead of their match with Ports Authority on Saturday at the Siaka Steven Stadium.
The kits were released on Friday, December 27th 2019 at the Club old Skool lounge at Hill Station in Freetown.
The four of the players unveiling the Home and Away Errea brand pictured in the photo was striker Baimba Sesay and midfielders Mahmoud Fornah, Kenewa Stevens and Emmanuel Samadiya.
Sponsored by Errea the club will be hoping to lift this year’s title with their new kit in the current campaign.
Club’s supporters will get to see the kit worn by the players for the first time when they take on Waterfront Boys Ports Authority later this evening at the Siaka Steven Stadium.
The Under African Sun Home and Away kit, with radiant and elegant designs, takes inspiration from the blazing colours of the Sierra Leone national flag which are Green, White, and blue.
“The outstanding colour red serves the burning desire of winning mentality. The urgency to be the best at all times,” General Manager Tunde Scott said.
Speaking at the unveiling ceremony, Chief Executive officer Kalleone Group of Companies, and owner Mohamed Kallon, pointed out that they are happy to associate themselves with a successful brand like Errea.
“They have been in the branding market for about 80 years. It is a brand for champions the likes of AC Milan, Inter Milan, Juventus, Parma, Genoa, Tunisia, Equatorial Guinea and Ireland, have all been sponsored by Errea. Now, they’re with the Ethiopian national team, so we saw reasons to be with them,” he explained.
“We believe the vibrant new home and away kit will resonate with fans – both for the replica kit and fan wear,” the former Sierra Leone skipper noted.
