• FC Kallon promising prospect, Emmanual Sahr Samadia, who was on a month trial with Hapoel Tel Aviv, says he is excited to start a “new adventure” after joining Hapoel Umm Al Fahm on a two-year deal.
  • Hapoel Umm Al Fahm will be hoping their new acquisition help improve their offensive game, after a bad start to their season. They are presenting standing 11th on the Liga Leumit table.
“First of all, I want to appreciate God for this opportunity, I am pleased to be here,” Samadia told FSL after his arrival.

“I want to send a special message to my agent, CEO Mohamed Kallon, Chairman Tunde Scott, Ibrahim FC boss and all those who have been a father figure to me.

This is my first professional contract, and I can’t wait to get started. A great chance to challenge myself. I cannot wait to start this new adventure.”

Samadia, 19, who started his career as a 13-year-old boy with Sierra Leone Premier League side FC Kallon, has been handed a new prospect to continue with his development.

The exciting talent was part of the Sierra Leone African Cup of Nations squad as one of the home-based stars in the just concluded double-header against Nigeria.

Samadia has also represented Sierra Leone at the recent U20 West African Football Union (WAFU) Zone A Championship at the Stade Lat-Dior de Thies, Senegal.
