- Sierra Leone international Sullay Kaikai is the Wycombe Wanders third summer signing.
- Kaikai, 25, who made his Sierra Leone debut in the final African Cup of Nations decided against Benin, has signed with the Chairboys on a two-year deal.
- He was pivotal in Blackpool promotion to the Championship.
Manager Gareth Ainsworth said: “Sullay is a fantastic talent, the exact type of player who will get fans off their seats.
“He’s always impressed me when I’ve seen him play, and his experience with Blackpool last year, where he was a regular in a promotion-winning team, makes him an ideal character to bring into our squad.”
Kaikai started his career as a 15-year-old with Palace and spent nine years with the Eagles between 2010 and 2019, where he played 11 first-team matches, scoring once.
Sullay Kaikai moved to Blackpool on a free transfer from the Dutch side NAC Breda in the summer of 2019.
The exciting winger started his career with Crystal Palace, where he made 11 appearances for the first team and won the club’s Young Player of the Year award.
While at Selhurst Park, he spent time out on loan in The EFL and had very successful stints with Shrewsbury Town and Brentford.
