The Canadian side overcame Santos Laguna 3-1 on aggregate to reach this year’s quarterfinals.
Kamara’s side entered the tie with a 1-0 deficit to start the night before the MLS side turned things around to claim a 3-1 victory on aggregate and a spot in the final eight.
Goals from Romell Quioto and Djordje Mihailovic in the 10th and 22nd minute, respectively, before Ismaël Koné sealed the game.
