As part of their Interclub preparations, Sierra Leone champions Bo Rangers will engage FC Kallon at the Eastern Province of Kenema District artificial turf on Sunday.
Both teams will represent Sierra Leone in the CAF Champions League and Confederation Cup, respectively.
CAF Champions League debutant Bo Rangers won their last competitive tie convincingly 4-0 over Central Parade in May 2022. FC Kallon, on the other hand, suffered a 2-0 defeat to Old Edwardians in their last league action.
Bo Rangers reigned supreme over Kallon after three points and three goals were awarded to them following a goalless abandoned contest in March 2021. However, FC Kallon won the first leg of last season 3-0 at the Siaka Steven Stadium in Freetown.
Kallon’s most recent result was a 1-all draw with home-based Leone Stars a few days ago. Sunday’s contest will see both teams themselves ahead of their continental doubleheader.
The Southern Province outfit is in full gear as they intensify their preparation ahead of their mouthwatering double header against a tough Algerian side CR Belouizdad.
Meanwhile, FC Kallon could give a debut to their six new acquisitions to the test against the reigning Sierra Leone Champions.
Kallon will face Benin Premier League side Buffles du Borgou in the CAF Confederation Cup preliminary on the 11th of September in Cotonou before the second leg in Liberia on the 17th of September.
